Once Upon a day, there was a spring …
Passing the last winter, we were
eagerly waiting for the spring hoping that within its atmosphere -which was much like Jun22- write about environment and management or environmental opportunities and managerial techniques. However our enthusiasm was replaced by indiscretions (or maybe blindness) of some personages and our consternation became so extended that everybody forgot not only the spring and its delightful spirit but also the summer joyfulness. Day after day, perplexities were changing into new faces till we experienced all trends nonetheless it wasn’t possible to forget peoples like Iraj Pirzad. We witnessed many games: the Britain’s tricks, Mamasani fight, Mash Ghasem’s courage, Uncle Asadollah politics, and even shir ali, doost ali and many others who play some roles.
Meanwhile hierarchy of crisis, regardless of any soft and new lexicon, was obviously seen in every step, every pen and every practice, so our desire to talk about “crisis management”- one of the types of management was gradually diminishing. Within all these hubbubs, the “fate sally” occulted mentality and consideration and concepts like “carefulness and attention” were ignored by angry teeth and pens.
It’s a common habit that everybody hides himself behind a great decedent and maybe losing fortification made them to remember dear a by-gone. During these days, many flags raised and fell but no one noticed that someday, all of us will leave this world and its mundane positions. No one think that it’s better to nurture mind and build a immanent heritage for the next generation otherwise we would add another shameful page to our country’s alas book whether in industry, policy or art. We may think over the nature processes of cultivating, nurturing and harvesting to learn that harvest is not possible unless there is a proper nurturing and “carefulness:” the wind seed goes after storm.
Indeed, why doesn’t this spring end?
Building for stay...
Definitely, there should be a construction after destruction, and there are surely capable people who destruct to build new. However, as long as our construction leads to destruction, there is no way to think over the second issue.
The secret of all heritages’ survival is the same: “build for stay” but such a significant insight is ignored in our practices. Perhaps we have forgotten the root of good practice! Otherwise, no weak speech and practices we made!
We’re leading to weakness so our constructs are shaky and our pens are reckless, whether in policy or makings of the organizations and businesses or trying to build a shelter for staying in the summer or winter; whether we write for and against someone for political affairs or organizational environment, in governing a company or managing the people. Meanwhile, all sections of governmental, private and cooperatives are the same for us. We consider all as a disastrous plague and of course we believe in exceptions but how effective it may be? Unfortunately, we talk or build carelessly and ignore the results...
Perhaps Saadi, Hafez and Rumi had good ideas and careful sayings that are still remembered in the rotating dome, or perhaps Persepolis has been built for stay that is still stable after many years and many happenings like Alexander onrush, floods, storms and sun shines; and of course all prophets and religions and heritages were for stay that are eternal...
How far we and eternality are! Alas, it only needs some good thought and carefulness otherwise, our pens are better than Hafiz’s and Salman’s, our bricks and cement are better that of Darius and Cyrus and the number of our books and articles are more than Khosrow Parviz’s and Ibn Sina’s...
Of course, building has many features like resolving a political conflict, modeling the development plan, utilization of historical heritages, planning targeted subsidies, solving the crisis of producing companies (whether it is Iran Khodro or any other joint companies); it also includes conserving Iran’s share of Caspian Sea or modeling the work compensation plan of a company, its loan bylaw, and etc. In fact, all of these are adequate opportunities and reasons to build and become eternal. However we forget that opportunities are passing clouds- and the earth warming has decreased their number.
The writer is of course neither politician nor historian; not architect nor bookman. He is a common citizen whose best wishes include health, pride and happiness for all people in both worlds, if the God may will…
