Why delay?

As mentioned in the editorial, our quarterly trend is library- like and offline so it wasn’t possible to publish any new issue during last spring and summer and of course, the defined principles and functions of “Asr-e-Modiriat” prohibited us. Today, after reviewing the initial objectives and motivations, we are sincerely determined to continue our original route and compensate the delays. So the new issue includes two volumes of tenth and eleventh to balance the normal order of supply to our dear readers. It’s noteworthy that despite increased volume and related costs, dear subscribers would pay for a single number.
